1. Are you a factory or trading Company? We are a factory, can accept OEM, produce all kinds of office seatings that you want.
2. What's your warranty for your products? A: 1 year Warranty.
3. What's the delivery time? A: 25 days for sample; 35-40 days for 40HQ container.
4. What are your Payment Term? A2: We accept L/C at sight, T/T, Alipay, etc.
5. What about the warranty of the products? 1~3 years warranty, during the period, we will be responsible for the damage due to the defects in manufacturing (Except for man-made damage).
6. What is your MOQ? A1: If the customer has an agent who can arrange the shipment in China, there will be no MOQ limit (it means you can order 1 piece and the price will be offered as EXW factory price). A2: If the customer needs us to arrange the shipment, the total CBM should be more than 5 CBM. That means you can select just 1 piece for each item product, but the final CMB should reach 5 CBM.
7. Transportation? A: Port of loading: mainly ship in Shenzhen port or Guangzhou port, Guangdong province, China. B: Shipping Services: By sea. As the furniture products are overweighted and oversized after packing, it could not be able to send the furniture to your place by air/express delivery. Ocean shipping is the only method of delivery.
