Q1: How long will it take to produce?
A: It all depends, large quantity will need more time. We will get started with the design once

received the deposit. After the design is confirmed, we will arrange the production.Usually, the production will take about 2-3 weeks. ( Except for urgent order )

Q2: How long will it take to deliver?
A: To ship by sea it takes 20-35 days depending on different destinations. To ship by air or by

express is about 2-7 days depending on destination.

Q3: Can I print our logo /barcode /unique QR code /series number on?
A: Yes, you can. Either on the products or on the package depending on different items. We have a

team of professional designers and are able to design as requested.Of course,we always confirm

the design before producing. So you will surely get what you want for actual use.

Q4: Can I order some samples for our testing?
A: Sure, we can arrange the sample for you by freight collect.

Q5: What's your MOQ ( Minimum Order Quantity )?
A: Our MOQ for each type of product is 1-2000 pcs depending on different items. Please consult

our salespeople for more detail.

Q6: Can you customize the product in a special shape?
A: Yes, we do OEM and ODM, but for specially designed products, we will have a higher MOQ

and you need to charge for mold, please understand it!

Q7: How can you make sure we will receive the product with high quality?
A: Our QC team will inspect each shipment before loading and all raw material will be 100% new.

And we will add UV material to keep the item steady for using a long time. We will send you QC report before deliver.
